Putzmeister (PM for short) is a professional company in the viscous fluid pumping machinery industry. Combining optimized functionality and easy operation, it provides higher pumping efficiency and lower operating costs

During the use of large boom pump trucks, it is often limited by whether there is enough area on the construction site for the machine to be placed. PM's M 46-5 can be quickly deployed in a small area, highlighting its advantages. This is all due to PM's unique single-sided support system (OSS): when using single-sided support, its unfolded width is only 6.6m, which is only 0.3m more than 36m. This can effectively avoid the impact of construction on road traffic, and save time and money.

The perfect combination of the outrigger load moment, fuselage weight and boom design of the M 46-5 makes it possible to have a front outrigger fully opened width of only 8m. In addition, the fully opened width of the swing outrigger is only about 8.7m, so only a relatively narrow area is needed to meet the layout requirements. The front outrigger can be precisely placed according to the on-site conditions.

Humanized boom control system ( EBC )

EBC stands for Ergonic® Boom Control, which means humanized boom control. This system uses sensors installed on the boom and a computer program to achieve single-touch control of the boom, making operation safer and easier. When the boom is lifted or lowered faster, the stability and precise positioning of the tail hose can ensure more effective fabric distribution, such as in floor construction. When a large amount of floor construction is required, EBC can be used to ensure the safety and stability of fabric distribution.

For example, in the absence of EBC, when the "stop-to-work" mode is used, the tail hose will vibrate to varying degrees as the pumping intensity changes; in the presence of EBC, EBC can reduce the longitudinal vibration of the fabric boom to about 1/3 of the original value, and at the same time eliminate the vibration of the tail hose in all directions.

Has a wider fabric range

The five-section boom has an amazing spreading range: the vertical spreading height is 45.1m, and the spreading depth is 32.2m, which can meet most construction requirements. It can be stretched horizontally forward from the top of the cab to 38m, and concrete can be poured in all directions. The five-section RZ-type boom can be easily unfolded as needed, and can be precisely operated on floors of different heights. With the RZ-type boom, the pump truck can easily open and fully position even in a small construction space (such as a gap between buildings) to complete the pumping.

High-capacity pumping system with low losses and high capacity

Large-capacity delivery cylinders have proven over time to help reduce switching frequency and losses, which helps ensure smooth pumping. Less switching frequency means less vibration of the placing boom. Large displacement and smooth pumping can reduce resistance, achieve better pumping rate and better pumping performance.
